Mark 8:29

29 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”

Peter answered, “You are the Messiah.”

29And He continued questioning them: “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered and *said to Him, “You are the Christ.”

29And He asked them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter replied to Him, “You [in contrast to the others] are the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed).”

29“But what about you?” Jesus asked. “Who do you say I am?”

Peter answered, “You are the Christ.”

29And he asked them, But who say ye that I am? Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ.

29And he said vnto them, But whome say ye that I am? Then Peter answered, and saide vnto him, Thou art that Christ.

29He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”

Peter answered, “You are the Christ.”

29“But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”

Peter answered, “You are the Messiah.”

29Jesus asked them, ‘But what do you think? Who do you say that I am?’

Peter answered him, ‘You are the Messiah.’

29And He says to them, “And you—who do you say I am?” And Peter answering says to him, “You are the Christ.”
