Matthew 15:20

20These are the things which defile and dishonor the man; but eating with [ceremonially] unwashed hands does not defile the man.”

20These are what defile a man, but eating with unwashed hands does not defile him.”

20Those are the things that make you ‘unclean.’ But eating without washing your hands does not make you ‘unclean.’ ”
