Matthew 19:10

10The disciples said to him, “If this is the situation between a husband and wife, it is better not to marry.”

10The disciples *said to Him, “If the relationship of the man with his wife is like this, it is better not to marry.”

10The disciples said to Jesus, “If the relationship of a man with his wife is like this, it is better not to marry.”

10His disciples said to Him, “If this is the case between a man and his wife, it is better not to marry.”

10The disciples say unto him, If the case of the man is so with his wife, it is not expedient to marry.

10Then sayd his disciples to him, If the matter be so betweene man and wife, it is not good to marry.

10His disciples said to him, “If this is the case of the man with his wife, it is not expedient to marry.”

10Here is what the disciples said to him. “If that’s the way it is between a husband and wife, it is better not to get married.”

10Jesus' disciples said to him, ‘You say that this is what it is like for a man and his wife. Then maybe it is better if people do not marry.’

10His disciples say to Him, “If the case of the man with the woman is so, it is not good to marry.”
