Numbers 15:29

29One and the same law applies to everyone who sins unintentionally, whether a native-born Israelite or a foreigner residing among you.

29You shall have one law for the native among the sons of Israel and for the stranger who resides among them, for one who does anything wrong unintentionally.

29You shall have one law for him who does anything unintentionally, for him who is native among the sons of Israel and for the alien who sojourns among them.

29You shall have one law for him who sins unintentionally, whether he is native-born among the Israelites or a stranger who is living among them as a resident alien.

29You shall have the same law for the one who acts in error, whether he is a native-born Israelite or a foreigner residing among you.

29The same law applies to everyone who sins without meaning to. It does not matter whether they are an Israelite or an outsider.
