Philippians 2:16

16as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain.

16holding firmly the word of life, so that on the day of Christ I can take pride because I did not run in vain nor labor in vain.

16holding out and offering to everyone the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I will have reason to rejoice greatly because I did not run [my race] in vain nor labor without result.

16as you hold forth the word of life, in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain.

16holding forth the word of life; that I may have whereof to glory in the day of Christ, that I did not run in vain neither labor in vain.

16Holding forth the worde of life, that I may reioyce in the day of Christ, that I haue not runne in vaine, neither haue laboured in vaine.

16holding up the word of life, that I may have something to boast in the day of Christ that I didn’t run in vain nor labor in vain.

16You will shine as you hold on tight to the word of life. Then I will be able to boast about you on the day Christ returns. I can be happy that I didn’t run or work for nothing.

16Tell people the true message that can give them life with God. Then I will know that my work among you has had good results. Because of that, I will be very happy on the day when Christ returns.

16holding forth the word of life, for rejoicing to me in regard to [the] Day of Christ, that I did not run in vain, nor did I labor in vain;
