13Blessed are those who find wisdom,

those who gain understanding,

13¶Blessed is a person who finds wisdom,

And one who obtains understanding.

13How blessed is the man who finds wisdom

And the man who gains understanding.

13¶Happy [blessed, considered fortunate, to be admired] is the man who finds [skillful and godly] wisdom,

And the man who gains understanding and insight [learning from God’s word and life’s experiences],

13Blessed is the man who finds wisdom,

the man who acquires understanding,
