14who plots evil with deceit in his heart—

he always stirs up conflict.

14Who, with perversion in his heart, continually devises evil,

Who spreads strife.

14Who perversely in his heart plots trouble and evil continually;

Who spreads discord and strife.

14With deceit in his heart he devises evil;

he continually sows discord.

14In whose heart is perverseness,

Who deviseth evil continually,

Who soweth discord.

14Lewde things are in his heart: he imagineth euill at all times, and raiseth vp contentions.
