19May it be like a cloak wrapped about him,

like a belt tied forever around him.

19May it be to him as a garment with which he covers himself,

And as a belt which he constantly wears around himself.

19Let it be to him as a garment with which he covers himself,

And for a belt with which he constantly girds himself.

19Let it be to him as a robe with which he covers himself,

And as a sash with which he is constantly bound.
