13but the Lord laughs at the wicked,

for he knows their day is coming.

13The Lord laughs at him,

For He sees that his day is coming.

13The Lord laughs at him [the wicked one—the one who oppresses the righteous],

For He sees that his day [of defeat] is coming.

seeing that their day is coming.
