20People who have wealth but lack understanding

are like the beasts that perish.

20Mankind in its splendor, yet without understanding,

Is like the animals that perish.

20A man [who is held] in honor,

Yet who lacks [spiritual] understanding anda teachable heart, is like the beasts that perish.

20A man who has riches without understanding

is like the beasts that perish.

20Man that is in honor, and understandeth not,

Is like the beasts that perish.

20Man is in honour, and vnderstandeth not: he is like to beasts that perish.

20A man who has riches without understanding,

is like the animals that perish.

20People who have riches but don’t understand

are like the animals. They die.
