Revelation 17:11

11The beast who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king. He belongs to the seven and is going to his destruction.

11The wild animal is a picture of an eighth king. He was alive once, but he is not alive now. He belongs to the group of seven kings, but God will destroy him completely.

11and the beast that was, and is not, he also is eighth, and he is out of the seven, and he goes away to destruction.
