4 Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first.

4But I have this against you, that you have left your first love.

4But I have this [charge] against you, that you have left your first love [you have lost the depth of love that you first had for Me].

4But I have this against you: You have abandoned your first love.

4But I have this against thee, that thou didst leave thy first love.

4Neuertheles, I haue somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first loue.

4‘But here is something I hold against you. You have turned away from the love you had at first.
