Romans 12:8

8if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead,12:8 Or to provide for others do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.

8or he who encourages, in the act of encouragement; he who gives, with generosity; he who leads, 12:8 Or without ulterior motives.with diligence; he who shows mercy [in caring for others], with cheerfulness.

8Is it encouraging others? Then encourage them. Is it giving to others? Then give freely. Is it being a leader? Then work hard at it. Is it showing mercy? Then do it cheerfully.
