Romans 5:12

12Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned—

12Sin entered the world because one man sinned. And death came because of sin. Everyone sinned, so death came to all people.

12It was because of one man, Adam, that sin came into the world. Death was the result of Adam's sin. Because of that, death came to all people, because everyone failed to obey God.

12because of this, even as through one man sin entered into the world, and through sin—death; and thus to all men death passed through, for that all sinned;
