Romans 7:23

23but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me.

23but I see a different law in the parts of my body waging war against the law of my mind, and making me a prisoner of the law of sin, the law which is in my body’s parts.

23but I see a different law and rule of action in the members of my body [in its appetites and desires], waging war against the law of my mind and subduing me and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is within my members.

23But I see another law at work in my body, warring against the law of my mind and holding me captive to the law of sin that dwells within me.

23but I see a different law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity under the law of sin which is in my members.

23But I see another Law in my members, rebelling against the Lawe of my minde, and leading me captiue vnto the lawe of sinne, which is in my members.

23but I see a different law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity under the law of sin which is in my members.

23But I see another law working in me. It fights against the law of my mind. It makes me a prisoner of the law of sin. That law controls me.

23So my mind tells me to obey God's laws. But my body wants to make me do something else. Every part of me fights against what my mind tells me to do. Sin has power over my body so that I am like a prisoner.

23and I behold another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin that [is] in my members.
