Titus 2:1

1You, however, must teach what is appropriate to sound doctrine.

1But as for you, proclaim the things which are fitting for sound doctrine.

1But as for you, teach the things which are in agreement with sound doctrine [which produces men and women of good character whose lifestyle identifies them as true Christians].

1But as for you, speak the things that are consistent with sound doctrine.

1But speak thou the things which befit the sound doctrine:

1Bvt speake thou the thinges which become wholesome doctrine,

1But say the things which fit sound doctrine,

1But what you teach must agree with true teaching.

1But as for you, Titus, you must teach people to do what is right. Teach them only the things that belong to God's true message.

1But you—speak what is suitable [according] to the sound teaching.
