Zechariah 12:8

8On that day the Lord will shield those who live in Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the Lord going before them.

8On that day the Lord will protect the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the one who 12:8 Lit stumblesis feeble among them on that day will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the Lord before them.

8In that day the Lord will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the one who is feeble among them in that day will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the Lord before them.

8In that day the Lord will defend the people of Jerusalem, and the one who is impaired among them in that day [of persecution] will become [strong and noble] like David; and the house of David 12:8 I.e. maintain its supremacy.will be like God, like the 12:8 See Ex 14:19; 23:20; 32:34; 33:2, 14, 15, 22; Hos 12:3, 4.Angel of the Lord [who is] before them.

8On that day the Lord will defend the people of Jerusalem, so that the weakest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel12:8 Or Angel of the Lord going before them.

8At that time I will be like a shield to those who live in Jerusalem. Then even the weakest among them will be great warriors like David. And David’s family line will be like the angel of the Lord who leads them.
