2 Peter 1:10

10Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble,

10Therefore, brothers and sisters, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choice of you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble;

10Therefore, believers, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you [be sure that your behavior reflects and confirms your relationship with God]; for by doing these things [actively developing these virtues], you will never stumble [in your spiritual growth and will live a life that leads others away from sin];

10Therefore, brothers, strive to make your calling and election sure. For if you practice these things you will never stumble,

10Wherefore, brethren, give the more diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never stumble:

10Wherefore, brethren, giue rather diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye doe these things, ye shall neuer fall.

10Therefore, brothers,be more diligent to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never stumble.

10My brothers and sisters, try very hard to show that God has appointed you to be saved. Try hard to show that he has chosen you. If you do everything I have just said, you will never trip and fall.

10So, my friends, try very much to live in a way that pleases God. God has chosen you to be his own people. Show that you really do belong to him! If you do these things, you will never turn away from God.

10therefore, rather, brothers, be diligent to make steadfast your calling and [divine] selection, for doing these things you may never stumble;
