Acts 22:2

2When they heard him speak to them in Aramaic, they became very quiet.

Then Paul said:

2And when they heard that he was addressing them in the Hebrew dialect, they became even more quiet; and he *said,

2When they heard him speak to them in Hebrew, they became even more quiet.

Then Paul declared,

2And when they heard that he spake unto them in the Hebrew language, they were the more quiet: and he saith,

2(And when they heard that he spake in the Hebrewe tongue to them, they kept the more silence, and he sayd)

2When they heard that he spoke to them in the Hebrew language, they were even more quiet.

He said,

2When they heard that he was speaking to them in Aramaic, they became very quiet.

Then Paul said,

2The crowd heard Paul speaking to them in Aramaic, their own language. So they became really quiet. Then Paul said,

2and they having heard that he was speaking to them in the Hebrew dialect, they became even more silent, and he says,
