Ephesians 1:11

11In him we were also chosen,1:11 Or were made heirs having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will,

111:11 Lit In whom alsoIn Him we also have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things in accordance with the plan of His will,

11also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will,

11In Him also we have 1:11 Or our destiny.received an inheritance [a destiny—we were claimed by God as His own], having been predestined (chosen, appointed beforehand) according to the purpose of Him who works everything in agreement with the counsel and design of His will,

11In Him we were also chosen as God’s own, having been predestined according to the plan of Him who works out everything by the counsel of His will,

11We were also chosen to belong to him. God decided to choose us long ago in keeping with his plan. He works out everything to fit his plan and purpose.
