Exodus 6:26

26It was this Aaron and Moses to whom the Lord said, “Bring the Israelites out of Egypt by their divisions.”

26It was the same Aaron and Moses to whom the Lord said, “Bring out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their 6:26 I.e., multitudes in battle formationmultitudes.”

26It was the same Aaron and Moses to whom the Lord said, “Bring out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their hosts.”

26These are [the same] Aaron and Moses to whom the Lord said, “Bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their 6:26 Or hosts. The Israelites left Egypt arranged by tribes as a quasi-army prepared to defend themselves, if necessary.armies.”

26It was this Aaron and Moses to whom the Lord said, “Bring the Israelites out of the land of Egypt by their divisions.”

26The Lord had spoken to this same Aaron and Moses. He had told them, “Bring the Israelites out of Egypt like an army on the march.”
