Genesis 18:12

12So Sarah laughed to herself as she thought, “After I am worn out and my lord is old, will I now have this pleasure?”

12So Sarah laughed to herself, saying, “After I have become old, am I to have pleasure, my lord being old also?”

12So Sarah laughed to herself [when she heard the Lord’s words], saying, “After I have become old, shall I have pleasure and delight, my lord (husband) being also old?” [1 Pet 3:6]

12So she laughed to herself, saying, “After I am worn out and my master is old, will I now have this pleasure?”

12And Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?

12Therefore Sarah laughed within her selfe, saying, After I am waxed olde, and my lord also, shall I haue lust?

12Sarah laughed within herself, saying, “After I have grown old will I have pleasure, my lord being old also?”

12So she laughed to herself. She thought, “I’m worn out, and my husband is old. Can I really know the joy of having a baby?”

12So Sarah laughed to herself. She thought, ‘I have become old and weak. My husband is also old. I will never have a baby and be happy like that.’

12and Sarah laughs in her heart, saying, “After I have waxed old have I had pleasure? My lord [is] also old!”
