Genesis 4:25

25Adam made love to his wife again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth,4:25 Seth probably means granted. saying, “God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.”

25Adam had relations with his wife again; and she gave birth to a son, and named him Seth, for, she said, “God has appointed me another offspring in place of Abel, for Cain killed him.”

25Adam knew [Eve as] his wife again; and she gave birth to a son, and named him Seth, for [she said], “God has granted another child for me in place of Abel, because Cain killed him.”
