New International Version (NIV)

31The voice of the Lord will shatter Assyria;

with his rod he will strike them down.

31For at the voice of the Lord Assyria will be terrified,

When He strikes with the rod.

31For at the voice of the Lord the Assyrians will be terrified,

When He strikes [them] with the rod.

31For Assyria will be shattered at the voice of the Lord;

He will strike them with His scepter.

31For through the voice of Jehovah shall the Assyrian be dismayed; with his rod will he smite him.

31For with the voyce of the Lord shall Asshur be destroyed, which smote with the rod.

31For through Yahweh’s voice the Assyrian will be dismayed. He will strike him with his rod.

31The voice of the Lord will tear the Assyrians apart.

He will strike them down with his scepter.

31When the Lord shouts, his command will destroy the Assyrian army. He will knock them down with his heavy stick.
