24Discipline me, Lord, but only in due measure—

not in your anger,

or you will reduce me to nothing.

24Correct me, Lord, but with justice;

Not with Your anger, or You will bring me to nothing.

24O Lord, correct me [along with Your people], but with mercy and in just measure—

Not in Your anger, or You will crush me and bring me to nothing.

24Correct me, O Lord,

but only with justice —

not in Your anger,

or You will bring me to nothing.

24O Jehovah, correct me, but in measure; not in thine anger, lest thou bring me to nothing.

24O Lord, correct mee, but with iudgement, not in thine anger, least thou bring mee to nothing.
