35The shepherds will have nowhere to flee,

the leaders of the flock no place to escape.

35“25:35 Lit Sanctuary will perish fromThere will be no sanctuary for the shepherds,

Nor escape for the masters of the flock.

35Flight will perish from the shepherds,

And escape from the masters of the flock.

35“The shepherds will have no way to flee,

Nor the masters of the flock any [way of] escape.

35Flight will evade the shepherds,

and escape will elude the leaders of the flock.

35The shepherds won’t have any place to run to.
