27they are to determine the value for the years since they sold it and refund the balance to the one to whom they sold it; they can then go back to their own property.
27then he shall calculate the years since its sale and refund the balance to the man to whom he sold it, and so return to his [ancestral] property. [1 Kin 21:2, 3]
27then let him reckon the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the man to whom he sold it; and he shall return unto his possession.
27Then they must decide how much the crops have become worth since the time they sold the land. They must take that amount off the price the land was sold for. They must give the one selling it back to them the money that is left. Then they can go back to their own property.
27He must count how many years remain until the next Jubilee year. He must pay the value of those years to the man that he sold the land to. Then it will become his own land again.
27then he has reckoned the years of its sale, and has given back that which is over to the man to whom he sold [it], and he has returned to his possession.
