Leviticus 4:28

28and the sin they have committed becomes known, they must bring as their offering for the sin they committed a female goat without defect.

28And suppose they realize their guilt and their sin becomes known. Then they must bring an offering for the sin they have committed. It must be a female goat. It must not have any flaws.

28When he realizes that he has done a sin, he should bring a perfect female goat as an offering to the Lord.
