Luke 11:49

49Because of this, God in his wisdom said, ‘I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will kill and others they will persecute.’

49For this reason also, the wisdom of God said, ‘I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they will kill, and some they will persecute,

49For this reason also the wisdom of God said [in the Scriptures], ‘I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will put to death and some they will persecute,

49Because of this, the wisdom of God said, ‘I will send them prophets and apostles; some of them they will kill and others they will persecute.’

49Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send unto them prophets and apostles; and some of them they shall kill and persecute;

49Therefore said the wisedome of God, I wil sende them Prophets and Apostles, and of them they shall slaie, and persecute away,

49So God in his wisdom said, ‘I will send prophets and apostles to them. They will kill some. And they will try to hurt others.’

49God is wise. Because you do not obey what is true, he said, “I will send my prophets and apostles to go to them. But they will kill some of my servants. They will hurt others of them.”

49because of this also the wisdom of God said: I will send to them prophets, and apostles, and some of them they will kill and persecute,
