Luke 11:50

50Therefore this generation will be held responsible for the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the beginning of the world,

50so that the blood of all the prophets, shed since the foundation of the world, may be charged 11:50 Or toagainst this generation,

50so that the blood of all the prophets, shed since the foundation of the world, may be charged against this generation,

50so that charges may be brought against this generation [holding them responsible] for the blood of all the prophets shed since the foundation of the world,

50As a result, this generation will be charged with the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the foundation of the world,

50So the people of today will be punished. They will pay for all the prophets’ blood spilled since the world began.
