Luke 2:21

21On the eighth day, when it was time to circumcise the child, he was named Jesus, the name the angel had given him before he was conceived.

21And when eight days were completed 2:21 Lit so as to circumcise Himso that it was time for His circumcision, He was also named Jesus, the name given by the angel before He was conceived in the womb.

21And when eight days had passed, before His circumcision, His name was then called Jesus, the name given by the angel before He was conceived in the womb.

21At the end of eight days, when He was to be circumcised, He was named Jesus, the name given [to Him] by the angel [Gabriel] before He was conceived in the womb.

21When the eight days before His circumcision had passed, He was named Jesus, the name the angel had given Him before He was conceived.

21When the child was eight days old, he was circumcised. At the same time he was named Jesus. This was the name the angel had given him before his mother became pregnant.
