8By day the Lord directs his love,

at night his song is with me—

a prayer to the God of my life.

8The Lord will send His goodness in the daytime;

And His song will be with me in the night,

A prayer to the God of my life.

8The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime;

And His song will be with me in the night,

A prayer to the God of my life.

8The Lord decrees His loving devotion by day,
