Romans 5:6

6You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.

6For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.

6While we were still helpless [powerless to provide for our salvation], at the right time Christ died [as a substitute] for the ungodly.

6For at just the right time, while we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.

6For while we were yet weak, in due season Christ died for the ungodly.

6For Christ, when we were yet of no strength, at his time died for the vngodly.

6At just the right time Christ died for ungodly people. He died for us when we had no power of our own.

6At one time we were weak and we could not help ourselves. Then, at the right time, Christ died to save us. He died on behalf of people who have turned away from God.

6For in our being still ailing, Christ in due time died for the impious;
