Zechariah 11:14

14Then I broke my second staff called Union, breaking the family bond between Judah and Israel.

14Then I cut in pieces my second staff Union, to break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

14Then I broke my second staff, Union, into pieces to break the brotherhood between Judah (the Southern Kingdom) and Israel (the Northern Kingdom).

14Then I cut in two my second staff called Union, breaking the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

14Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

14Then brake I mine other staffe, euen the Bandes, that I might dissolue the brotherhood betweene Iudah and Israel.

14Then I cut apart my other staff, Union, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

14Then I broke my second staff called Union. That broke the family connection between Judah and Israel.

14Then I broke the second stick into two pieces. That was the stick called ‘Together’. This showed that the kingdom of Judah would become separate from the kingdom of Israel.

14And I cut apart my second staff, Bands, || To break the unity between Judah and Israel.
