Luke 17:9

9Will he thank the servant because he did what he was told to do?

9He does not thank the slave because he did the things which were commanded, does he?

9He does not thank the servant just because he did what he was ordered to do, does he?

9Does he thank the servant because he did what he was told?

9Doth he thank the servant because he did the things that were commanded?

9Doeth he thanke that seruant, because hee did that which was commanded vnto him? I trowe not.

9Will you thank the servant because he did what he was told to do?

9Servants should do what their masters tell them to do. That is what they should do and their masters do not need to thank them for it.

9Does he have favor to that servant because he did the things directed? I think not.
